Shipping, Returns & Cancellations

Shipping Policies:

All orders received will be shipped within 2-5 business days. Shipments will generally arrive within 3 to 7 business days after shipment, depending on your selected shipping method. We offer Fedex and USPS shipping within the US. You may calculate your shipping cost without having to create and account by placing the products you wish to purchase into your cart, and using our shipping estimator. All prices on our web site are in US Dollars and shipping is always an additional charge.

To make other shipping arrangements, please call 305-207-1300 or email us at floridaarmory@aol.com. If you are purchasing a Class III Weapon and shipping it to your local dealer, please be aware that processing of paperwork by the NFA can take 8-10 weeks. This aspect of the process is beyond our control. Once the Form 3 transfer has been approved, the weapon will ship to your dealer within 2 business days. Then your dealer can initiate the Form 4 transfer to you. That processing time depends on your dealer's examiner but is usually about 6-12 months, on the average.

Return Policies:

There are absolutely no returns, exchanges or refunds on firearms, ammunition, magazines, gun parts or any special orders. On other merchandise, just contact us by phone or e-mail, with the product information, date of purchase and the reason for the return within 7 days of purchase for an RMA. Online firearms orders awaiting FFL paperwork cannot be canceled once confirmed and your card is charged. (A 50% restocking fee on cancellations will apply if an exception is made by management for online firearm orders).. Please keep all packing material and documentation in the event your purchase has to be serviced or returned to the manufacturer. A 20% restocking fee may apply and shipping and/or processing fees are not refundable. We are not responsible for merchandise returned without authorization. No returns after 7 days for any reason. Deposits are non-refundable. Once paperwork has been initiated on Class III NFA Weapon, charges must be assessed to compensate for processing of forms, credit card surcharges, and loss of salability during the transaction period, as well as other miscellaneous expenses. Therefore, a 20% restocking / cancellation fee will be imposed on any cancellation of a Class III Weapon.
